Clivedale’s redevelopment of 22 Hanover Square will comprise of 41 apartments, a 51-bedroom Five-Star Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Restaurant and Spa with Indoor Swimming Pool.
When complete the project will be Mayfair’s only fully integrated serviced residential scheme with residents benefiting from the hotel service offering, whilst having the privilege of their own exclusive private spaces and amenities. The development is part of the wider Hanover Square master plan.
Enviromech completed the MEP services package on the Shell & Core scope of this project.
