The project comprised of 7 blocks of apartments ranging in height from 3 storeys to 16 storeys. There was a total of 78 apartments in the development.
The project was located between Battersea Park and Queenstown Road stations with the rail lines running directly through the site. A major part of the works included the refurbishment of the rail arches to make them ready for retail fit out by future tenants.
The site is well served with public transport with rail and bus facilities in the immediate vicinity. The site was extremely confined though with challenging logistics and technical issues to be overcome in order to be able to successfully deliver the project.
Enviromech completed the MEP installation on this Design & Build residential project in London.
