The project comprised of the construction of a collection of luxury 83 contemporary apartments located in a 15 storey building, a separate 5 storey building fronting the high street which incorporated 15 affordable intermediate units and there was also A1 commercial space on the ground floor.
This project won the “International Project of the Year” for Bennett Construction in the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2018.
Enviromech were awarded the contract to carry out the full mechanical installation.
