Overview

Enviromech were awarded the contract for the MEP Installation on the Gascoyne Estate residential project part of the Sanctuary Housing Association in Hackney.

The project involves the demolition of the existing Gascoyne community centre and the provision of 17 apartments, 3 townhouses and a new community centre at the Gascoyne Estate in Hackney.
