A development by Avanton Property group, Battersea will become the new home for the Royal Academy of Dance.
Founded in 1920 to set the standards for dance teaching, the Royal Academy of Dance soon gained its first Royal patron, Queen Mary, and has retained it’s royal charter for over 90 years.
The RAD has developed training programmes for dance students and teachers, with nearly a quarter of a million young dancers around the world being examined on the RAD’s classical ballet syllabi. The academy’s mission is to promote and enchance the understanding and practice of dance globally.
Enviromech were awarded the contract to complete the MEP installation.
Once complete the project will extend to over 50,000ft2 of dance studios, libraries, meeting areas and retail space.
